Movie preview: “Parental Guidance”

Rated: PG for some rude humor

Running time: 1 hr 42 min

Cast: Billy Crystal, Bette Midler, Marisa Tomei, Tom Everett Scott, Bailee Madison

Plot: Artie and Diane, an old-school grandfather and his people-pleasing wife, who are called in by their daughter to help care for their three grandkids. When their methods of parenting collide with their grandchildren's' new school and hyper-scheduled way of life, the once-orderly household spins out of control, and Artie and Diane must employ some unexpected tactics.
