North central Indiana, including all of the Kokomo area, will be under a winter storm warning from 12 a.m. Tuesday through 1 p.m. Wednesday, the National Weather Service reports.
Accumulations of between 5 and 9 inches are expected.
Strong winds will create blowing and drifting snow Tuesday night and Wednesday.

Authorities in Miami are looking for more witnesses after a police officer fatally shot a naked man who refused to stop chewing on the face of another naked man - even after being shot once by the officer - on a busy downtown highway ramp.
