Frisco, Texas — Michael Stroud, 42, Frisco, Texas, died Monday, April 9, 2012, at his home. He was born May 8, 1969, in Kokomo, to Richard and Dorothy Groet Stroud.
Mike owned and operated Dimples and Dandelions since its beginning in November 2004. He is survived by his wife, Wendy Stroud. They married Sept. 2, 2000, in Coppell, Texas.
Also surviving are his children, Colton, Kaeleigh and Adelynn Stroud, all of Frisco; parents, Richard and Doll Stroud, Kokomo; parents-in-law, Mike and Linda Magee, Sunnyvale, Texas; brother, John (Wendy) Stroud, Mount Pleasant, S.C.; and many other family members and close friends.
Services are 1 p.m. Friday at The Village Church, Dallas Northway Campus, Dallas, Texas, with Pastor Steve Hardin officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgeview West Memorial Park, Frisco, Texas. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
