Mary Ann Cameron, 86, Kokomo died at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at St. Joseph Hospital. She was born Dec. 9, 1926, in Kokomo to Glen and Lucille (Smith) McCool. Mary married Robert L. Cameron on Sept. 26, 1946, and he passed in 1978.
Mary was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and Howard County Extension Homemakers and served as county president from 1964 to 1965. Mary was a 1944 Kokomo High School graduate and graduate of Indiana University. She was a schoolteacher for 17 years in Kokomo.
Survivors include two sons, Steven Alan (Mardi Lundmark) Cameron and David Michael Cameron, both of Oro Valley, Ariz.; one sister, Martha Lynch, San Marcos, Calif.; and six beloved grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at New London Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to Arthritis Foundation. Stout and Son Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St., Russiaville, has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
