Jeffrey Aaron Cisney, 52, Kokomo, passed away at 6:36 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at St. Joseph Hospital. He was born June 16, 1960, in Kokomo, to the late Romeo H. and Evelyn V. (Hickman) Cisney.
Jeff was an avid fisherman and worked both in Kokomo and Jacksonville, Fa., making fiberglass boats.
He will be missed by his family and friends.
Jeff is survived by a brother, Jim (Karen) Cisney; sisters, Joan Smith, Jeanette Rosemont, Jacqueline Dillman, Janice Cisney and Julie Corsair; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Jennifer Rose; and a brother, Jason Cisney.
A celebration of Jeffrey’s life will be 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at 833 S. Buckeye St.
