Patricia Ann (Etherington) Anderson, 69, Kokomo, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at Howard Regional Health System. She was born June 9, 1941, in Kokomo, to the late Pete and Maxine (Allen) Etherington. She married Harvey A. Anderson on Nov. 28, 1959, in Full Gospel Tabernacle Church by the Rev. Burris.

Patricia attended Kokomo High School. She retired from Delco Electronics in 1992. Patricia loved to travel with Harvey to Las Vegas, Nev., as well as Tunica, Miss., and Florida. She loved her family very much and enjoyed spending time with them all, including her grandchildren and her great-grandson.

Surviving is her husband of 50 years, Harvey A. Anderson, Kokomo; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Guy A. and Tina Anderson, Seymour, and Gregory T. Anderson, Kokomo; daughter, Kelly R. Swingley, Kokomo; three grandchildren, Brandi Anderson, Brittany J. Anderson and Dale Aldon Swingley; two stepgrandchildren, Adam Bunnell and Chris Delucia; one great-grandson, Antonio Aldon Anderson; two brothers, Gerald “Sonny” Etherington, Kokomo, and Danny Joe Etherington, Galveston; two sisters, Marilyn Sue Turner, Rogersville, Tenn., and Mona Lou Little, Kokomo; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are noon Saturday at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 S. Webster St., with Pastor Randy Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. until time of service at the mortuary.
