— Toni L. Gifford, 47, Kokomo, died at 10:12 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, 2012, at St. Joseph Hospital. She was born Nov. 28, 1964, in Hartford City, the daughter of Clester and Amanda Clara (Davis) Logan. On March 18, 2006, in Kokomo, she married Joe Gifford, who survives.
Toni was a graduate of Eastbrook High School. She was employed at Milbank Manufacturing. She was a member of Galilean Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a primary Sunday school teacher. She enjoyed camping, fishing and antiquing.
In addition to her husband Joe, she is survived by three children, Tiffany, Tara and Tyler Mills; two stepchildren, Joe (Amanda) Gifford Jr. and Deanna Gifford; three grandchildren, Christopher, Tori and Jacob Gifford; one great-grandchild, Cameron James Gifford; four brothers, Jerry Logan, Thomas (Robin) Logan, John Logan and Bill (Patsy) Logan; four sisters, Dixie (Steve) McCall, Julia Peters, Cindi Kalkbrenner and Mary Logan; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Galilean Missionary Baptist Church, 507 N. Union St., with Pastor Paul Hewitt officiating. Burial will follow in Everest Cemetery, Logansport. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with final expenses. Shirley and Stout Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
