Kenneth Lowell Fagel III, 36, Kokomo, died at 5:42 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 8, 2010, in the St. Joseph Hospital emergency room. He was born March 4, 1974, in Kokomo, the son of Kenneth L. Fagel Jr. and Sue G. Robison.
Kenny was a 1992 graduate of Western High School. He received an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech. He was an electrician at General Motors of Kokomo for the past four years. He was a member of IBEW and the UAW Local 292. He enjoyed drag racing, NASCAR, poker and the Colts.
Kenny is survived by his mother, Sue G. Robison, Kokomo; fiancée, Charla Ellis, Kokomo; two sons, Cory A. Fagel and Garrett J. Fagel, both of Russiaville; the mother of his children, Julie Fagel, Russiaville; granddaughter, Nicole Fagel, Russiaville; sister, Heather Penwell and husband Rex, Noblesville; nieces and nephews, who he loved like they were his own, Kattie Penwell, Alexandria Penwell, Courtney Penwell, Nathan Penwell and Brooke Penwell; grandfather, Gordon C. Robison, Kokomo; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father; two grandmothers; and grandfather.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Stout and Son Funeral Home Russiaville Chapel, 200 E. Main St., Russiaville, with Steve Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Crownland Cemetery, Noblesville. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
