— Lesa Ann Smith, 54, passed away at 1:31 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at her home in Kokomo.
She was born Aug. 10, 1958, the daughter of George and Madonna (Hicks) Campbell in Howard County. She was a Western High School graduate and had worked as a medical assistant for Dr. Gohil.
She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Smith, Kokomo; mother, Madonna Campbell, Kokomo; aunt, Theresa Opelt Knight; cousins, Scott Opelt, Kelly Opelt and Michael Forkner.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Campbell; brother, Rodney Campbell; and grandmother, Louise Hicks.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, Kokomo. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to assist the family with expenses in care of Shirley & Stout Funeral Home. Messages of condolence may be left at www.shirleyandstout.com.
