Alex Christopher Shipp, 29, Kokomo, was found dead Sunday, December 2, 2012, in Kokomo. He was born September 15, 1983 in Kokomo. He was the son of Daniel and Rebecca Wolf and Dennis Shipp.

Alex loved his family. His son was the love of his life.

He is survived by his parents, Daniel and Rebecca Wolf and Dennis Ship; son, Braxton James; stepsons, Cody and Justice; brothers, Donald, Timothy and Michael; his sister, Jenny; several grandparents; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 2419 N. Armstrong St., with Pastor Algie Van Winkle officiating. Friends are invited to call from 10 a.m. until service time at the church on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Alex to C.A.M., 210 N. Market St., Kokomo, IN 46901.
