FORT WAYNE — Maureen K. Johnson, 70, Fort Wayne, died Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012, at St. Joe Hospital. She was born on Dec. 16, 1942, in Kokomo to the late Kenneth and Martha (Baer) Kelly.
She is survived by sons, Kenneth Johnson, and Sean Johnson; and daughter, Colleen Johnson.
Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St., Fort Wayne. No services are planned.

James C. “Jim” Smidebush, 70, Nashville, died Thursday, May 24, 2012.
Helen Louise Brown
Helen Louise Brown, 85, Kokomo, died Monday, May 21, 2012, at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. She was the daughter of Edna and George Seitz, Walkerton. On Dec. 19, 1948, at Walkerton Methodist Church, she married Milton Brown, who survives. Helen and Milt were married for more than 63 years.
Liali, Salvatore Joseph, services are 11 a.m. today at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home.
Mary Edith Ratcliff
Mary Edith (Knight) Ratcliff, 93, Kokomo, died at 11:11 p.m. Monday, May 21, 2012, at her home, where she had been cared for by her family. She was born Aug. 3, 1918, in Clinton County. She was one of three daughters born to the late Evert and Edith (Finney) Knight. On July 4, 1939, she married Chester Ratcliff who preceded her in death on Sept. 28, 1977.

Edward Franklin Walker, 66, Kokomo, died at 5:30 a.m. Monday, May 21, 2012, at Kindred Transitional Health Care. He was born March 18, 1946, in Kokomo, the son of Albert Franklin and Mildred (Stephens) Walker.
E. Christine Fager
E. Christine Fager, 82, Kokomo, passed away at 7:43 a.m. Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at her residence. She was born July 2, 1929, in Kokomo, to the late Herbert and Maude (Christian) Irick. On Nov. 7, 1948, she married G. Thomas Fager. He preceded her in death on April 28.
