Reginald ‘Reggie’ W. Price

Feb. 28, 1940 - Feb. 17, 2013

— Reginald “Reggie” W.  Price, 72, Kokomo, passed away Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013. He was born Feb. 28, 1940, in Kenvir, Ky., to the late Virgil and Winnie Price. He married Josie (Cothern) Price on Nov. 18, 1961. They moved from Ohio to Kokomo and raised their family.

Reggie worked at Continental Steel for 19 years, and then worked at Bendix Corp. until he retired in 2004. Reggie attended the Church of God of Prophecy for more than 40 years, and was dearly loved by his church family. He was extremely close to the many members of the Cothern family.

Reggie is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 51 years, Josie; children, Tammy (David) Bialik, Wanda (Jason) Ahrens, Regina Swain, Brad (Suzanne) Price, and daughter-in-law, Christy Price. He was beloved grandfather to Abraham, Solomon, Triniti, Olivia, Zach, Addie, Levi, Luke, Sidney, Gavin and Keagan.

He is preceded in death by his beloved son, Jeff; parents; and siblings, Herman, Barbara and Brenda.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Shiloh United Methodist Church, 5741 W. 100 North. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today. Burial will be in South Union Cemetery, Kokomo.
