Virginia Annabelle King, 92, Kendallville, died on Monday, Nov. 12, 2012 at the Chandler House in Kendallville.
She was born May 18, 1920 in Fort Wayne, the daughter of Hiram and Martha (Tilbury) Danner. She married Fred H. King on July 6, 1940 in Fort Wayne, he passed away in 2002.
She was a graduate of North Side High School in Fort Wayne and attended college for two years. She was a house wife. She previously lived in Sharpsville for about ten years.
She is survived by a son, Jeffrey (Sandy) King, Knoxville, TN; two daughters, Joy (Jack) Brown, Kendallville, and Cheryl (Donald) Boyer, Sharpsville; six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, two sisters and a granddaughter.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Boyer Funeral Home, Sharpsville, with Dr. William Salsbery officiating. Burial will be at the Sharpsville Cemetery.
Visitation is from noon to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
