Andrew Brian Smith, 52, formerly of Kokomo, passed away after a brief illness Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, in Carrollton, Ga. He was was born April 11, 1960 to James and Patricia Smith.
Andy served in the U.S. Air Force, and worked as an international customer service officer for Verizon.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane, and by his parents.
He is survived by his brother, Michael (Robin) Smith, Riner, Va.; his sisters, Patricia (Robert) Schenkenfelder, Mooresville, and Marcia (Thomas) Archambault, Fort Myers, Fla.; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Tanner Hospice in Carrollton, Ga.
