Gurna Marce’ Ziko, 61, Kokomo, died at 2:30 a.m. Friday, March 1, 2013, at Elizabeth Ann Seton Hospital in Lafayette. She was born June 22, 1951, in Tipton, the daughter of John and Della (Harrell) Holder. On July 3, 1994, she married Joey F. Ziko and he survives.
Gurna was a homemaker, and had worked 19 years at Delco Electronics in Kokomo.
In addition to her husband, Gurna is survived by a daughter, Melissa Edwards, Tipton; three sons, John (Lisa) Edwards, Tipton, Paul Tony Edwards, Tipton, and James “Criket” Edwards, Windfall; sisters, Sara Holder, Susie McBee and Rhonda Cook; five grandchildren, Steven Coffman, Las Vegas, Jordan Lee, Windfall, Jacob Lee, Windfall, Torey Edwards, Tipton, and Lexie Webb, Tipton; and one great-grandchild, Karter Athan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one granddaughter, Emma Edwards; and a great-granddaughter, Lillian Lee.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 3155 S. 200 West, Kokomo, with the Rev. Fr. Theodore Dudzinski the celebrant. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Windfall. Friends may call on the family from 2 until 6 p.m. Tuesday at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home and Crematory, Lincoln Road Chapel, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, Kokomo.
