Joan Ruth Pine

Joan Ruth Pine, 75, Kokomo, passed away at 10:05 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 15, 2010, at her home. She was born July 24, 1935, in St. Joseph, Mich., to John and Jean (Herkinyer) Rody.

Joan spent her life as a loving wife and homemaker.

Joan is survived by her six children, John (Karen) West, Walter (Janice) West, William (Janice) West, Warren “Keith” (Marlene) West, Debbie (Steve) Treat and James Daniel Pruitt; 17 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Joan was preceded in death by her parents and loving husband, Ed Pine.

There was a private visitation for Joan on Aug. 18, at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel.
