Michael S. Fisher

Michael S. Fisher, 42, Kokomo, died at 11 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26, in the emergency room at Community Howard Regional Hospital. He was born Jan. 6, 1970 in Lima, Ohio, the son of Larry R. and Frances (Nash) Fisher.

Michael was a 1990 graduate of Kokomo High School, and attended Ivy Tech and the Art Institute of Indianapolis. He had worked for Rally’s, the Waffle House, Bob Evans, Menards and Wal-Mart. He was a member of the former North Kokomo Grace Brethren Church.

Michael is survived by his father and mother, Larry and Fran Fisher, Kokomo; two sisters, Joann Main, Peru, and Tammy Hess, Paris, Ill.; paternal grandmother, Arleen Fisher along with several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Emmett and Goldie Nash; a sister, Vicky Michelle Fisher; and paternal grandfather, Dale Fisher.

Graveside services will be private. Friends may call on the family from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Shirley and Stout Funeral Home and Crematory, Lincoln Road Chapel, 1315 W. Lincoln Road.
