John Purnell

Oct. 2, 1934 - Feb. 11, 2013

John Purnell was born on Oct. 2, 1934, in Vicksburg, Miss. He was the beloved son of Mrs. Liilie W. Jenkins. He departed this earthly life at his home on Monday, Feb. 11, 2013.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Janie Purnell.

His services will be at noon Saturday in Mount Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church, Kokomo. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Mount Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church in John Purnell’s name. Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
