— Robert W. Lowder Jr., 63, Kokomo, died at 8:12 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, at St. Joseph Hospital. There will be a memorial service at a later date. Ellers Mortuary Main Street Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
