Robert E. Crawford II

Robert E. Crawford II, 73, formerly of Kokomo, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012 at The Veterans Hospital in Houston, Texas. Born in Kokomo Nov. 10, 1939, Robert was a veteran of The United States Air force and upon return from service was employed by Continental Steel Corporation for 25 years in Kokomo. In 1995 he moved to Richmond, Texas to be near his grandchildren and family.

He is survived by his two children, Robert E. Crawford III, Richmond, Texas, and Christina Crawford, Seymour; a brother, Thomas Crawford, Kokomo; a sister, Judith Castor, Monticello; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Mabel (Shufflebotham) Crawford, and his son, Chad A. Crawford.

No services are scheduled.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Veterans Hospital in Houston, Texas.
