Tracey W. Johnson, 48, died Thursday, Dec. 31, 2009 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville.
Services are 3 p.m. Monday at Porter Funeral Home in Tipton, with Pastor Tim Lueking of Cicero Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery in Windfall. Visitation is two hours before the service.
