Stephanie K. Lanning

Oct. 30, 1971 - Feb. 25, 2013

— Stephanie K. Lanning, 41, Kokomo, passed away at 10:01 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at her residence. Stephanie was born Oct. 30, 1971, in Kokomo to Steven K. and Jamie L. Hall (Myers), who survive. She was a 1990 Kokomo High School graduate. Her marriage to Jeffrey T. Lanning, who also survives, was Nov. 18, 2005, in Tennessee.

Stephanie was in the U.S. Air Force from June 1990 to May 1992. More recently, she worked at Chrysler for 19 years. She loved gardening, cooking, fishing, but most of all, she enjoyed her family.

Survivors include her husband, Jeffrey T. Lanning; a son, Boston T. Lanning; a daughter, Kaytlinn L. Lawson; a brother, Steven K. Hall II (Michelle Warner); her father and mother, Steven K. and Jamie L. Hall; and two nieces, Searra N. Cooper and Osha K. Hall.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 S. Webster St. Services will follow at 1 p.m., also at the mortuary, with Pastor Michael Goodspeed officiating. Burial will be in Clymer Cemetery, Miami County. There will be military rites performed at the cemetery by the U.S. Air Force and the Kokomo Military Rites Team.
