Judith Ann “Judy” Gee, 63, Kokomo, died at 11:50 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010, at Northwoods Village. She was born April 27, 1947 in Blufton, the daughter of Charles H. and Jane A. (Brumfiel) Stanley.
She was a 1965 graduate of Montpelier High School. In addition to raising her family, she had worked as a waitress at several Kokomo restaurants. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and was well known for her skill in writing poetry and short stories.
Survivors include four sons, Derek M. Donnell and wife Lisa, Kevin T. Donnell, and Dustin R. Rust and wife Shelley, all of Kokomo, and Scott D. Donnell, Knoxville, Tenn.; one daughter, Melissa M. Rust, Kokomo; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Charles E. Stanley.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Friday at Shirley and Stout Funeral Home Lincoln Road Chapel, 1315 W. Lincoln Road. Burial will follow in Albright Cemetery. Friends are invited to call from 10 a.m. until service time on Friday.
