S. Joan “Joanie” Frazier, 71, passed away Saturday, Sept. 4, at New Horizons Medical Center in Owenton, Ky.
Survivors include her two brothers, William B. Lucas, Jr., and Richard H. Lucas, both of Kokomo; and two sisters, Frances M. Wade and Regina L. Bright, both of Kokomo.
