Penny “Penelope” A. Miller, 10, Tipton, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis.
Calling will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday at Trinity Wesleyan Church, 3021 W. Ind. 28, Tipton, with funeral services starting at 4 p.m. Pastor Johnnie Blair Jr. will be officiating. Interment will be in Arcadia Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Arcadia.
