Donna Bardsley Hazzard

July 20, 1926 — Dec. 3, 2012

Donna Joann Hazzard, 86, West Columbia, S.C., formerly of Kokomo, passed away suddenly Monday, Dec. 3, 2012. Mrs. Hazzard was born July 20, 1926, the daughter of the late Walter L. Bardsley and Marie Hisey Bardsley. Mrs. Hazzard was a member of Faith United Methodist Church and a member of the Eastern Star in Kokomo. She was employed by the U.S. Government in Public Relations. Mrs. Hazzard was married 64 years to the late William Hazzard, who joined his Heavenly Father Nov. 15, 2012.

Mrs. Hazzard is survived by her son, Bard Hazzard and his wife, Sandra, West Columbia S.C.; and sister, Beverly Broker and husband, Richard, Kokomo.

Services will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home chapel.
