Polly Ann Moore, 58, Kokomo, was called in the arms of the Lord at 3:19 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, at Baptist Hope Hospital in Little Rock, Ark. She was born Feb. 5, 1954, in Kokomo, to Paul Henry and Virginia Lee (Lewellen) Duke.
Polly was a homemaker for the past 10 years in Austin, Ark. She loved karaoke, bingo and crocheting. She was a former member of the Eagles Lodge Auxiliary Club.
She is survived by four sons, Paul, Frankie, Michael and Charles (Tonya) Bradley; and two daughters, Christie and Brandi Bradley. She was a loving sister to her brothers, Rex Duke, Phillip Duke, David Parks and Robert Duke; loving sisters, Cindy Spray, Bonnie Duke, Kathy Duke, Phyllis (Penny) Duke and Barbara (Harlow) Bradley; and several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Donna Jean Housley.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Feb. 6 at Main Street United Methodist Church. Arrangements were entrusted to Bluitt & Son Funeral Home.
