Tina L. Hardy, 53, Kokomo, died at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, at St. Joseph Hospital Intensive Care Unit, Kokomo. She was born Feb. 28, 1959 in Kokomo, the daughter of Paul L. and Geneva (Metz) Hardy.
Tina had been employed at Burger King on Markland Avenue for over 30 years. She graduated from Western High School in 1978. She was an active member of Woodland Church of God in Kokomo. Tina was an avid animal lover. She especially loved her cats.
Survivors include her mother, Geneva Hardy, Kokomo; sister and brother-in-law, Lee A. and Doug Bergstrom, Russivaille; her cat, Thunder; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Woodland Church of God, 3401 S. Webster St., Kokomo, with Pastor Mike Alley and Dr, David Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens cemetery, Kokomo. Friends and family may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home, 1315 W Lincoln Road, Kokomo.
