Patsy “Sis” Deckard, 56, Windfall, passed away Nov. 25, 2012, at Community Howard Regional Health, Kokomo.
Calling is scheduled from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Porter Funeral Home, 726 E. North St., Tipton. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Porter’s, with Pastor Mark Wilkerson officiating. Interment will be in Windfall’s Brookside Cemetery.
