John W. Graham, 84, Galveston, went home to be with the Lord at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at Kindred Health Care in Kokomo.
He was born Feb. 23, 1928, in Galveston, to William Graham and Carmen Q. (Barren) Graham. He married Joyce K. (Nelson) Graham on Jan. 10, 1953, in Prescott, Ariz. She survives.
John delivered milk for Med-o-Bloom Dairy for 30 years. He was a member of the American Legion. He loved pitching horseshoes and enjoyed woodworking. He loved his grandchildren and followed them in their sporting events.
John served in the United States Marines in the Korean War.
Survivors include wife, Joyce Graham, Galveston; sons, Michael Graham, Hattiesburg, Miss., and Rick (Barbara) Graham, Galveston; daughter, Cindy (Myron) Myers, Elwood; grandchildren, Robin (Ricky) Murphree, Sumrall, Miss., Christopher (Christine) Myers, Fairmount, Blaine Graham, Kokomo, Kelsie Myers, Marion, and Cameron Myers, Elwood; great-grandchildren, Makayla Murphree, Rylee Murphree, Graham Murphree, Caiden Myers, Brylee Bokinsky, Dalton Graham; step-granddaughters, Stacey, Christy and Dawn; step-great-grandchildren, Jacob, Derrek, Marshall, Dillon, Morgan, Hunter, Jenna, Falecia, Jordan, Serenity and Brody; sisters, Wilma Rust, Florida, and Rosalee Dunn, Kokomo; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Elizabeth and Jane, and a brother, Charles.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church in Galveston, with the Rev. Joel Surface officiating. Burial will be at Galveston Cemetery, Galveston. Calling hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Galveston.

Denver R. Walker
Denver R. Walker, 61, Kokomo, formerly of Ridge Farm, Ill., passed away at 6:38 a.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at Century Villa Health Care. He was born Nov. 1, 1951, in Danville, Ill., the son of Denver Ralph and Sarah (Walthall) Walker. On June 7, 1997, he married Cynthia L. “Cindy” Hultz from Veedersburg, and she survives him.

Fred was born Feb. 22, 1934, in Kokomo, to the late Emmett and Dorothy (Clark) Bagwell. He graduated from Kokomo High School.

Christine “Granny” “Mother Goose” Cornelia Ligon, 96, Kokomo, passed away at 3:10 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2013, at St. Joseph Hospital, Kokomo. She was born Oct. 25, 1916, in Baron Plain, Tenn., the daughter of the late Tommy and Laura (Turner) King. On July 21, 1934, Christine married Timothy Calvin Ligon Jr. and they were happily married until his passing on Nov. 3, 1956.

Delores Mae Spicer, on May 16, 2013, at the age of 81, gently passed this life in her sleep and was reunited with her husband Jack Wayne Spicer Sr., her Heavenly Father, her Savior, and her beloved son Jerry Dana Spicer.
