Friday, no time given, deputies arrested Daniel D. Otis, 45, Peru, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 11:26 a.m., deputies arrested Michael J. Thrasher, 51, 1700 block of Sussex Drive, in the 1700 block of Sussex Drive, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Friday, 2:15 p.m., deputies arrested Russell Fouch, 44, 1400 block of West Broadway, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 3:02 p.m., deputies arrested Michael Shepard, 23, Indianapolis, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.
