Saturday, 4:12 p.m., police arrested Jeffery Keith Moon, 27, 1100 block of North McCann Street, at the residence on a body attachment warrant.
Saturday, 6:58 p.m., police arrested Maomi Pennington, 42, 1000 block of South Delphos Street, at the intersection of 17th and Hoffer streets on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 9:45 a.m., police arrested Elizabeth Colbertson, 32, Tipton, on a warrant for two counts of criminal conversion.
