Howard County arrests

Friday, 4:10 a.m., state police arrested Logan M. Bowers, 23, Windfall, at Alto and U.S. 31, for operating while intoxicated.

Friday, 4:20 a.m., state police arrested Joel Edwards, 28, 100 block of North 400 East, at Home Avenue, for public intoxication.

Friday, 8:48 a.m., deputies arrested Meriah E. New, 26, 1800 block of North Morrison Street, at home, on a warrant for non-compliance with in-home detention.

Friday, 9:30 a.m., deputies arrested Andrew L. Williams, 26, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at RDC Plainfield, on a warrant for invasion of privacy.

Friday, 9:35 a.m., deputies arrested Brent A. Francis, 37, 1600 block of North Webster Street, at RDC Plainfield, on a warrant for felony burglary and auto theft charges.

Friday, 9:40 a.m., deputies arrested Tommy G. Harris, 51, Seymour, at RDC Plainfield, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 1:20 p.m., deputies arrested Dave M. Herr, 18, 4400 block of South 600 East, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for a felony theft charge.

Friday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Jahonna M. Blow-McClinton, 30, Kenosha, Wis., at the Howard County Courthouse, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 3 p.m., deputies arrested Lonnie E. Galloway, 22, Monticello, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear, and on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 5:32 p.m., deputies arrested Sonia M. Gaylor, 29, Bringhurst, in the 100 block of East Main Street, Russiaville, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 6:15 p.m., deputies arrested Kevin P. Myers, 33, Flagstaff, Ariz., at the Yavapai County Jail in Camp Verde, Ariz., on a warrant for a felony intimidation charge.

Friday, 9:28 p.m., deputies arrested Michael Lee Hinkle, 23, 700 block of South Elizabeth Street, at the Howard County jail, for petition to revoke bond.

Saturday, 12:58 a.m., deputies arrested Michael E. Brown, 30, 1200 block of Peace Pipe, at Mayfair Drive and U.S. 31, for operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 2:28 a.m., state police arrested Jennifer Fuller, 27, 600 block of Elk Drive, at Washington Street and Markland Avenue, for operating while intoxicated and marijuana possession.

Saturday, 3:10 a.m., state police arrested Samantha Zimmerer, 23, 100 block of South Forest Drive, at Boulevard and Elizabeth Street, for operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 8:53 a.m., deputies arrested Derek L. McElroy, 25, 800 block of South Locke Street, in the 600 block of South Main Street, on a felony domestic battery charge.

Saturday, 10 a.m., state police arrested Chadlee A. Ozenbaugh, 26, 1000 block of South Delphos Street, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 1 p.m., deputies arrested Courtney Miller, 26, 400 block of West 400 South, at the Howard County jail, for failure to pay.

Saturday, 10:10 p.m., deputies arrested Roger L. Akers, 62, 400 block of West Havens Street, at Boulevard and Washington Street, for operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 11:44 p.m., deputies arrested Kyle A. Kavanaugh, 24, 300 block of West Havens Street, at home, on a warrant for trespass.

Sunday, 12:36 a.m., police arrested Andrew Duke, 24, 700 block of South Market Street, in the same block, on a felony domestic battery charge, and for invasion of privacy.

Sunday, 12:40 a.m., police arrested Christopher S. Roe, 42, 3300 block of West 250 South, at St. Joseph Drive and Jefferson Street, for operating while intoxicated, and for marijuana possession.

Sunday, 2:30 a.m., police arrested Michael L. Wilson, 23, 700 block of South 400 East, at Harrison and Washington streets, on a felony charge of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 3:11 a.m., police arrested William A. Burns, 48, 8300 block of West 100 North, at Jefferson Street and Dixon Road, for operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 4:20 a.m., state police arrested Darrian D. Story, 29, 1200 block of North Union Street, at the Howard County jail, for operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 4:49 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old female, at the Markland Mall, on a felony theft charge.

Monday, 12:51 a.m., deputies arrested Cornelius M. Tyler-Banks, 18, 500 block of North Delphos Street, at Touby Pike and Sycamore Street, for marijuana possession.

Miami County arrests

Thursday, 3:30 a.m., deputies arrested John A. Beckner, 48, 100 block of North Main Street, Amboy, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 7:25 p.m., police arrested Damian Phelps, 23, 200 block of West Canal Street, Peru, on a warrant.

Thursday, 7:30 p.m., police arrested Destiny Wingard, 18, 10 block of East Warren Street, Peru, on a charge of possession of marijuana less than 30 grams.

Thursday, 11:15 p.m., police arrested Cameron S. Morris, 20, Columbus, on a charge of minor possession of alcohol.

Friday, 8:26 a.m., deputies arrested Mariano Orta, 26, South Bend, to serve time in jail.

Friday, 8:30 a.m., deputies arrested Timothy Chilcutt, 42, 2700 block of 500 South, Peru, to serve time in jail.
