Arrests


Tuesday, 10:30 a.m., deputies arrested Corey L. Cunningham, 29, 12000 U.S. 31 South, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for failure to appear and petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 2 p.m., deputies arrested Robert D. Bammerlin, 31, 900 block of South Buckeye Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 2:15 p.m., deputies arrested Jason A. Smith, 1200 block of North Phiilips Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Friday, 12:30 p.m., police arrested Rafael J. Rivera, 19, 30 block of Center Street, Peru, on a charge of minor in possession of alcohol.

Friday, 4 p.m., deputies arrested Kierea N. Edwards, 26, 1400 block of West 400 South, Peru, on a probation violation warrant.

Friday, 5:20 p.m., state police arrested Kimberly N. Townsend, 47, Akron, on a probation violation warrant.

Friday, 11:10 p.m., police arrested Samuel F. Townsend, 23, homeless, on a charge of public intoxication.

Saturday, 4:45 p.m., state police arrested Trisha A. Mattke, 20, 1200 block of Chester Road, Plymouth, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Saturday, 5 p.m., state police arrested Trenton Kulesar, 20, Walkerton, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Sunday, 5:05 a.m., state police arrested Jacob R. White, 21, 2500 block of Kelly Street, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Monday, 10:50 a.m., deputies arrested Daniel W. Haglett, 28, 10 block of North Jefferson Street, Peru, on a probation violation warrant.
