Arrests


Wednesday, 11:15 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of unlawful sale of a legend drug.

Wednesday, 2:35 p.m., deputies arrested Eric Brookshire, 24, 1600 block of Oakhill Road, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 2:45 p.m., deputies arrested Kristen Parmeter, 20, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 3:30 p.m., deputies arrested Timothy E. Marr, 34, 1600 block of West Sycamore Street, on a warrant for forgery.

Wednesday, 3:57 p.m., police arrested Kirk Woodruff, 41, Frankfort, at Ohio Street and Markland Avenue, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 7:25 p.m., deputies arrested Larry A. Hellyer, 25, 600 block of North Jay Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 8:23 p.m., deputies arrested Marilyn Brown, 60, Russiaville, at her residence, on a warrant for conversion.

Wednesday, 8:38 p.m., deputies arrested Patrick Monroe, 29, 800 block of Tomahawk Boulevard, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

Monday, 9:57 a.m., the theft of two dig rigs valued at an estimated $5,000 and a Kodak camera was reported from the 600 block of West Ricketts Street.

Monday, 12:40 p.m., the theft of a black and white truck bed trailer valued at $200 was reported from the 1300 block of South Plate Street.

Tuesday, 4:17 p.m., the theft of a red and white 1996 moped was reported from the 100 block of East Elm Street.

Tuesday, 9:31 p.m., the theft of 35 plaid skirts and 25 pairs of shoes from Pac Sun, 1229 S. Reed Road.

Wednesday, 8:45 a.m., the theft of $1,900 in clothes were reported from 1223 S. Reed Road.

Wednesday, 1:20 p.m., the theft of a black HP laptop computer valued at $5,000 was reported from the 200 block of West Sycamore Street.

Tipton County

Arrests


Tuesday, noon, deputies arrested Victor Echeverria, 19, 600 block of W. Armstrong St., Frankfort, on charge of contempt of court.

Tuesday, noon, deputies arrested Ronald McPhearson, 36, 1400 block of Hannibal Street, Noblesville, on a charge of non-support of a dependent child.

Tuesday, 3:30 p.m., deputies arrested Larry Gene Elston, 39, 400 block of Sweetland Avenue, Tipton, on a charge of operating while intoxicated endangering a person.

Wednesday, 2:15 a.m, deputies arrested Desjuan Dekieth Elliott, 35, 100 block of South Jay Street, Kokomo, on a charge of violation of probation.

Thursday, 12:39 a.m., police arrested David Ray Ringer, 40, 3700 block of East 286th Street, Atlanta, on a charge of driving while suspended.

    Arrests

    Tuesday, 5:04 p.m., police arrested James R. Cox, 63, 900 block of South Market Street, at that residence, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Police also arrested Rick S. Hancher, 49, 600 block of Marsha Court; Amanda G. Jones, 31, 7000 east block of 50 North; and T.E. Oday, 33, 700 block of North Webster Street. They each face charges of possession of meth and visiting a common nuisance.
