Howard County arrests


Thursday, 11:05 a.m., deputies arrested Timothy E. Marr, 39, 1600 block of West Sycamore Street, at the Howard County jail, on three warrants for Class C felony charges of aiding, inducing or causing forgery; on a warrant for a Class D felony theft charge.

Thursday, 12:45 p.m., deputies arrested Derrell Muhammad, 22, 400 block of North Dixon Road, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Thursday, 12:45 p.m., deputies arrested Cynthia L. Fleming, 29, 500 block of South Main Street, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke bond.

Thursday, 1:31 p.m., deputies arrested Vashti D. Dillon, 31, 400 block of South Armstrong Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 4:20 a.m., state police arrested Daniel C. Retherford, 35, 3000 block of Westmoor Drive, at U.S. 31 and Southway Boulevard, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 7:40 a.m., deputies arrested Amber D. Cooper, 29, Bloomington, in the 2400 block of Saratoga Drive, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 10:46 a.m., deputies arrested William L. Bandy, 41, 2000 block of St. Louis Drive, at home, on warrants for Class D felony charges of domestic battery and strangulation.

Friday, 4:30 p.m., deputies arrested Derrell H. Muhammad, 22, 400 block of North Dixon Road, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for three Class C felony counts of robbery.

Friday, 4:55 p.m., deputies arrested Steven M. Arnold Jr., 1400 block of North 250 East, at home, on a warrant for two counts of intimidation as a Class D felony, and two counts of theft as a Class D felony.

Saturday, 12:59 a.m., deputies arrested Marquitta A. Lockridge, 24, Indianapolis, at Carter Street and U.S. 31, on a Class A felony cocaine dealing charge, a Class B felony cocaine possession charge, and on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Saturday, 1:55 a.m., state police arrested Brian A. West Jr., 20, 2100 block of North Delphos Street, at Markland Avenue and Park Road, on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.

Saturday, 2:10 a.m., state police arrested Nikolos R. Mouroydis, 22, 00 block of North 600 West, at Markland Avenue and Park Road, on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.

Saturday, 3:25 a.m., state police arrested Timothy R. Flora, 49, Walton, at Armstrong Street and West Boulevard, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 4:15 a.m., state police arrested Geneva A. Yowell, 32, 700 block of Birch Court, at Washington Street and Park Avenue, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 4:12 p.m., deputies arrested Derrick K. Burnett, 33, 2600 block of Apperson Way North, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear, and on a Cass County warrant for probation violation.

Saturday, 7:58 p.m., deputies arrested April L. Cianto, 34, 4800 block of West 250 South, at home, on a body attachment warrant.

Saturday, 10:15 p.m., deputies arrested Crystal G. Copp, 33, 3100 block of Judson Road, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Sunday, 12:29 a.m., deputies arrested Jeff Lee Miller, 30, 1100 block of North Courtland Avenue, at the Cassville Market, on two petitions to revoke suspended sentence.

Sunday, 2:22 a.m., police arrested Douglas M. Carter, 43, Tipton, in the 1500 block of Home Avenue, on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 2:29 a.m., police arrested Joshua M. Howe, 36, Frankfort, at Jay Street and Markland Avenue, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 12:09 p.m., deputies arrested Tracy L. Routon, 41, Sharpsville, at home, on misdemeanor charges of operating while intoxicated and domestic battery, and on a Class D felony charge of resisting law enforcement.

Sunday, 3:08 p.m., police arrested Joseph Galloway Jr., 52, 600 block of South Bell Street, in the 1900 block of East Markland Avenue, on a Class D felony theft charge, and on a misdemeanor resisting law enforcement charge.

Sunday, 3:37 p.m., police arrested Carlton D. Wilson, 42, 100 block of East Taylor Street, at Mulberry and Buckeye streets, for operator never licensed.

Sunday, 4:51 p.m., police arrested Johnathan Lovell, 21, 1000 block of East Richmond Street, at home, on a warrant for non-compliance with in-home detention.

Sunday, 5:04 p.m., deputies arrested Marcy B. Ploughe, 49, 3000 block of Vinton Circle, in the 2800 block of South Dixon Road, on a body attachment warrant.

Sunday, 6:20 p.m., police arrested an 11-year-old male, in the 600 block of North Ohio Street, on a Class D felony criminal recklessness charge and on a misdemeanor charge of battery on a police officer.

Sunday, 7:09 p.m., deputies arrested Gilberto Arellano, 20, Lafayette, in the 600 block of West Ind. 26, on a misdemeanor illegal consumption charge.

Sunday, 7:32 p.m., deputies arrested Jose Hernandez-Zuniga, 21, Lafayette, at the Howard County jail, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 9:34 p.m., police arrested Scott S. Lunsford, 33, 1500 block of South Plate Street, at home, on two warrants for failure to appear, and on a warrant for non-compliance with in-home detention.

Sunday, 10:50 p.m., state police arrested Matthew J. McQuiston, 37, 1200 block of South Purdum Street, at Pine Valley Apartments, on a warrant for failure to appear, and on a warrant for a misdemeanor charge of purchase of more than 3 grams of precursor in a week.

Sunday, 11:25 p.m., police arrested Garrett S. Granson, 19, Lafayette, at Madison Street and Indiana Avenue, on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.

Monday, 3:12 a.m., police arrested Joshua A. Stipes, 21, 4900 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, at Sycamore Street and U.S. 31, on a Class C felony charge of possession of a handgun without a license, on a warrant for failure to appear, on a Class D felony identity deception charge, and on a misdemeanor false reporting charge.
