Arrests


Monday, 11:55 p.m., police arrested Dominic Blankenship, 18, 1200 block of South Ohio Street, at Virginia and Courtland avenues, on a misdemeanor illegal consumption charge.

Monday, 11:55 p.m., police arrested Sydney Taggart, 19, 1200 block of South Ohio Street, at Virginia and Courtland avenues, on a misdemeanor illegal consumption charge.

Tuesday, 10:03 a.m., police arrested Antonio Johnson, 27, 700 block of South Bell Street, at Mulberry and Washington streets, on a charge of driving while suspended and a Hamilton County warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested Lawrence Harris, 47, Indianapolis, at the Marion County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear and failure to stop after an accident.

Tuesday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested Bobby Jennings II, 46, Indianapolis, at the Marion County jail, on a warrant for compliance with in-home detention.

Tuesday, 11:20 a.m., deputies arrested Jarrod Payne, 25, Galveston, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 11:45 a.m., police arrested Clayton S. Walker, 34, Indianapolis, in the 800 block of East Southway Boulevard, on charges of trespass and public intoxication.

Tuesday, 12:34 p.m., deputies arrested Michael Dutton, 31, Elwood, at the Madison County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 12:55 p.m., deputies arrested Ivan Embry, 22, 800 block of West Foster Street, at the Grant County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 2:48 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on charges of dealing in marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Tuesday, 3:35 p.m., police arrested Andrew Martin, 37, 500 block of East Spraker Street, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 4:23 p.m., deputies arrested Stephanie Bowman, 27, 1000 block of North Webster Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 5:08 p.m., deputies arrested Denver Quarles, 30, 1700 block of South Bell Street, at that residence, on a warrant for noncompliance with in-home detention.

Tuesday, 5:15 p.m., deputies arrested Amber Groves, 24, 1900 block of North Buckeye Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 5:41 p.m., deputies arrested Craig Hulet, 24, 1900 block of North Buckeye Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 8:55 p.m., police arrested Krystal D. Marshall, 25, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, in the 1300 block of South Plate Street, on charges of false informing, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a legend drug and a warrant for petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 9:12 p.m., police arrested Mario A. Bryant, 25, 1800 block of South Bell Street, in the 1000 block of East Gerhart Street, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Tuesday, 9:46 p.m., deputies arrested Justin Clark, 24, 1400 block of East Alto Road, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 2:51 a.m., police arrested Ross Malott, 22, Rochester, at Francis Lane and Rainbow Circle, on charges of public intoxication and battery. Police also arrested Justin Woolington, 22, Logansport, on a charge of battery.

Wednesday, 11:30 a.m., deputies arrested Keith Eldridge, 48, Kirklin, at the Howard-Clinton county line, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 12:05 p.m., deputies arrested Paul L. Carter, 23, Russiaville, at the drug and alcohol program, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 1:25 p.m., deputies arrested Kenneth Bradley, 36, 1000 block of East Havens Street, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for five counts of failure to appear.

Wednesday, 2:10 p.m., deputies arrested Andrew A. Logan, 25, 1100 block of West North Street, at the Tippecanoe County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 3:20 p.m., deputies arrested Michael D. Diaz, 22, 5300 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 4 p.m., deputies arrested Timothy Gabbard, 20, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for four counts of failure to appear.

Wednesday, 5:30 p.m., deputies arrested Frank Reynolds, 47, 1500 block of South Plate Street, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for eight counts of failure to appear.

    Tuesday, 5:04 p.m., police arrested James R. Cox, 63, 900 block of South Market Street, at that residence, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Police also arrested Rick S. Hancher, 49, 600 block of Marsha Court; Amanda G. Jones, 31, 7000 east block of 50 North; and T.E. Oday, 33, 700 block of North Webster Street. They each face charges of possession of meth and visiting a common nuisance.
