Arrests

Wednesday, 10:22 a.m., deputies arrested Shannon R. Miller, Greentown, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for intimidation.

Wednesday, 11:25 a.m., deputies arrested Andrew D. Dillard, 21, Washington, at the St. Joseph County jail, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 12:13 p.m., police arrested Shaquille A. Beard, 18, 800 block of North LaFountain Street, in the 600 block of South Goyer Road, on a charge of theft.

Wednesday, 1:15 p.m., deputies arrested Kenneth Bradley, 38, 1000 block of East Havens Street, in the 4200 block of South LaFountain Street, on a parole violation.

Wednesday, 1:30 p.m., deputies arrested Nathan Hobbs, 40, Fort Wayne, at the Allen County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 1:59 p.m., deputies arrested Christy R. Black, 41, 500 block of West Woodland Avenue, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 3:25 p.m., deputies arrested Christopher T. Jones, 32, 900 block of South Elizabeth Street, at the Howard County jail, on five warrants for failure to appear and a body attachment.

Wednesday, 5:19 p.m., police arrested Rachel M. Hill, 45, 1200 block of East Morgan Street, at that residence, on a warrant for noncompliance.

Wednesday, 8:54 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 500 block of North Washington Street on a charge of incorrigibility.

Wednesday, 11:30 p.m., police arrested John W. Thatcher, 43, 1700 block of North Market Street, at Jefferson Street and Wabash Avenue, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 1:22 a.m., police arrested Michael D. Williams, 47, 1900 block of South Goyer Road, at Locke and Havens streets, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 1:33 a.m., police arrested Reginald J. Prather, 26, 2300 block of Tam-O-Shanter Road, at Philips and Havens streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thefts

April 28, 4:30 p.m., the theft of $1,945 in cash was reported from the 1200 block of East Markland Avenue.

Saturday, 5:37 p.m., the theft of three air-conditioning units, a microwave and a PlayStation game system was reported from the 1000 block of Apperson Way North.

Sunday, 11:20 a.m., a Bosch drill and a Plano toolbox was reported stolen from the 1700 block of East Havens Street.

Sunday, 11:27 a.m., the theft of a wallet, a purse and $615 in cash was reported from the 800 block of South Washington Street.

Sunday, 1:30 p.m., the theft of two cell phones was reported from the 800 block of South Washington Street.

Monday, 10:23 a.m., the theft of a chain link fence was reported from the 1200 block of South Plate Street.

Monday, 1:33 p.m., the theft of a 2012 PSE Vendetta, blue in color, was reported from the 1100 block of South Washington Street.

Monday, 3:34 p.m., the theft of an iPhone and an iPod was reported from the 2500 block of South Berkley Road.

Monday, 5:59 p.m., the theft of cash and vandalism damage was reported from the 3700 block of Oakhurst Drive.

Tuesday, 10:48 a.m., the theft of a 1941 Ford Tractor with a slip scoop was reported from the 1000 south block of 200 East.

Tuesday, 11:45 p.m., the theft of multiple items were reported during a burglary at Cosmic Harvey’s, 2607 E. Markland Ave.

Wednesday, 4:49 a.m., the theft of cash was reported during a burglary at Gospel Light Mission, 1407 Belmont Ave.

Arrest

Sunday, 4 a.m., state police arrested Bret M. Conner, 40, 4300 block of North 190 West, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated refusal.

Monday, 4:10 p.m., police arrested Tamika M. Lewis, 37, 200 block of East 9th Street, Peru, on a warrant for probation violation.

Monday, 8:10 p.m., state police arrested Ronald R. Odom, 31, Fort Wayne, on a charge of possession of more than 3 grams of cocaine.

Monday, 8:50 p.m., state police arrested Whitney L. Odom, 24, Fort Wayne, on a charge of possession of cocaine with the intent to deal.

Monday, 11:55 p.m., deputies arrested Joe Sandoval, 54, Chicago, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 8:47 a.m., deputies arrested Angela S. Armstrong, 39, 10000 block of North 100 East, Macy, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 9:16 p.m., DNR officers arrested Brian J. Radtke, 49, 2700 block of West Old Stone Road, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 10:55 p.m., police arrested Travis D. Finney, 33, 80 block of East Franklin Street, Peru, on charges of public intoxication, possession of marijuana and possession of a Schedule III substance.

Wednesday, 8:45 a.m., deputies arrested Travis Smith Jr., 34, 2300 block of North Armstrong Street, Kokomo, a warrant for violation of parole.

Wednesday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Erica M. Alloway, 25, 10000 block of South Bell Street, Kokomo, on a warrant for probation violation.

Wednesday, 12:25 p.m., police arrested Jacqueline Jones, 60 block of North Main Street, Peru, on a warrant for probation violation.

Wednesday, 1:30 p.m., deputies arrested Amy K. Luvianos, 33, Austin, Ind., on a warrant for probation violation.

Wednesday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Tricia Clem, 27, 2500 block of Kelly Avenue, Peru, on a charge of direct contempt of court.

Wednesday, 3:15 p.m., state police arrested Rigoberlo Bautista, 39, Millford, on a charge of operator never licensed.

Thefts

Tuesday, 1:30 a.m., a resident on the 300 block of West 900 South reported the theft of a snowplow from the front of a truck.

Thursday, 12:30 a.m., a resident on the 13000 block of South 500 West, Kokomo, reported the theft of a crossbow and rifle.

Thursday, a resident from Hilltop Apartments reported the theft of toolbox and tools from a vehicle.
