Howard County arrests
Friday, 11:20 a.m., deputies arrested Amber Cummings, 24, 1200 block of South Armstrong Street, in the 1800 block of West Markland Avenue, for failure to appear on a charge of possession of cocaine and failure to appear on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person.
Friday, 11:55 a.m., deputies arrested Uriah Levy, 20, 3700 block of South Webster Street, in the 1800 block of West Markland Avenue, on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a charge of possession of marijuana.
