Howard County arrests

Thursday, 12:05 a.m., deputies arrested Brian S. Daugherty, 38, Greenwood, on warrants for six counts of theft.

Thursday, 1:49 a.m., police arrested Kyle Sizemore, 26, 1900 block of South Park Road, in the 1500 block of East Markland Avenue, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 2:34 a.m., police arrested Michael C. Muncey, 22, 1800 block of North Washington Street, at Ultimate Place 2B, 5126 Clinton Drive, on a charge of trespass.

Thursday, 10:15 a.m., deputies arrested Rommel Stigger, 38, 1500 block of West Markland Avenue, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 10:33 a.m., deputies arrested Sylvie Kirby, 77, 1500 north block of 1250 West, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 11:40 a.m., deputies arrested Clarence Jackson, 25, 1000 block of East Elm Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for attempted invasion of privacy.

Thefts

Tuesday, 9:49 a.m., the theft of 75 to 100 pieces of U-shaped metal and steel was reported from Indalex, 1500 E. Murden St.

Tuesday, 3 p.m., the theft of an air conditioning unit valued at $500 was reported from the 2500 block of Apperson Way North.

Tuesday, 5:01 p.m., the theft of a 4-by-8 feet trailer valued at $900 was reported from the Booster Club, 150 S. Reed Road.

Tuesday, 6:44 p.m., the theft of a 1997 Olds Cutlass valued at $3,000 was reported from the 1300 block of North Leeds Street.

Tuesday, 10:37 p.m., the theft of a Colt AR 15 .223 rifle, a Smith and Wesson .44 magnum blue revolver and a World War II-era Lugar 9-mm handgun was reported from the 200 block of Orchard Lane.

Tuesday, 8:15 p.m., the theft of a GPS unit and mounting bracket was reported from a vehicle in the 700 block of South Reed Road.

Tipton County arrests

Monday 4:30 p.m., police arrested Rachel Marjorie Sprinkle, 28, 400 block of North East, Tipton, on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, 9:58 p.m., police arrested Scott James Mossburg, 25, of 2000 block of North, Sheridan, on a charge of violating probation.

Thursday, 5 a.m., police arrested Tracy James Cooper, 44, 600 block of Main Street, Windfall, on charges of possession of marijuana, hashish and a legend drug.

Thursday, 7:39 p.m., police arrested Benjamin Michael Simmons, 1500 block of South State Road, Elwood, on charges of failure to appear, illegal possession of alcoholic beverages and possession of marijuana, hashish.

Miami County arrests

Tuesday, 11:15 a.m., police arrested Tequila M. Gilbert, 23, 200 block of Jackson Street, Peru, on a charge of public intoxication with a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 1:45 p.m., deputies arrested Nalyln McGuire, 25, 3300 block of West Delaware Street, Logansport, on a warrant.

Tuesday, 6:05 p.m., deputies arrested Jennifer Rowe, 30, 200 block of West Sixth Street, Peru, on two charges of aiding, inducing or causing invasion of privacy.

Tuesday, 8 p.m., the Bunker Hill marshal arrested Jennifer Davidson, 35, 200 block of South Lincoln Court, Bunker Hill, on two charges of child neglect and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and a charge of maintaining a common nuisance.

Wednesday, 12:30 p.m. police arrested Ranea Clark, 19, Indianapolis, on warrants from Miami and Howard County.

    Arrests

    Tuesday, 5:04 p.m., police arrested James R. Cox, 63, 900 block of South Market Street, at that residence, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Police also arrested Rick S. Hancher, 49, 600 block of Marsha Court; Amanda G. Jones, 31, 7000 east block of 50 North; and T.E. Oday, 33, 700 block of North Webster Street. They each face charges of possession of meth and visiting a common nuisance.
