— Howard County

Arrests

Saturday, 6:57 p.m., police arrested Jeremiah D. Shlagley, 20, 1100 block of North Leeds Street, at the same location on charges of illegal consumption and illegal possession of alcohol.

Saturday, 7:47 p.m., police arrested Michelle L. Martin, 27, 600 block of West Taylor Street, at the corner of Taylor and Buckeye streets on a charge of never obtaining a license.

Saturday, 9:30 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male, Windfall, at the 2300 block of East Markland Avenue on a charge of conversion.

Saturday, 11:13 p.m., police arrested Zachary McCombs, 31, 1000 block of South Waugh Street, at the same location on charges of driving while suspended.

Sunday, 1:51 a.m., police arrested Marshall Lambert, 67, 1900 block of North Apperson Way, at the same location on a charge of intimidation.

Sunday, 6:45 a.m., police arrested Christopher A. Taylor, 26, no address given, at the 100 block of South Union Street on charges of operating while intoxicated and criminal recklessness.

Thefts

Friday, 5:50 a.m., a resident of the 1500 block of South Buckeye Street reported the theft of an air compressor, saw and sander valued at $800.

Friday, 4:22 p.m., a resident of the 1200 block of West Cadillac Drive reported the theft of a flat-screen television, cell phone and cash valued at $233.

Tipton County

Arrests

Saturday, 11:40 p.m., police arrested Michelle M. Lewicki, 200 block of West North Street, Tipton, on charges of domestic battery, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

Sunday, 12:42 p.m., deputies arrested Nickolas D. Castillo, 30, Marion, on a warrant for failure to appear.
