Howard County

Arrests

Wednesday, 10:45 a.m., deputies arrested Zachary McCombs, 32, Lafayette, at the Tippecanoe County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 12:25 p.m., deputies arrested Raymond L. Shelley, 43, 1600 block of Meadowbrook Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 2:15 p.m., deputies arrested Brandon Gaddis, 25, 1200 block of West Mulberry Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 3:18 p.m., police arrested Shea E. Greene, 26, 1600 block of Elmwood Lane, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 3:41 a.m., police arrested Michael C. Williams Jr., 60, 1700 block of East Lincoln Road, at Lincoln Road and Longwood Drive, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 4:22 p.m., police arrested Kriss L. Abney, 48, 1600 block of Kingston Road, at that residence, on charges of domestic violence battery, neglect of a dependent and battery.

Wednesday, 4:55 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female in the 7800 west block of 400 South on a charge of runaway.

Wednesday, 5:48 p.m., police arrested Joshua A. Ebenhart, 23, 1000 block of South Jay Street, in the 1500 block of South Dixon Road, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 6:39 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male in the 800 block of North Jay Street, on charges of battery and intimidation.

Wednesday, 7:05 p.m., police arrested Diana L. Cook, 51, 200 block of East Taylor Street, in the 900 block of East Markland Avenue, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 8:45 p.m., police arrested Jessica L. Mabb, 24, 1600 block of South Elizabeth Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 9:07 p.m., deputies arrested Damon Ashburn, 41, Fishers, at Washington Street and Markland Avenue, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 11:42 p.m., state police arrested Cheryl D. Webster, 46, 1000 block of South Courtland Avenue, at 4100 north block of 00 East-West, on a charge of domestic battery; invasion of privacy.

Wednesday, 11:57 p.m., police arrested Samantha White, 26, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at Sycamore and Calumet streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thefts

Monday, 6:41 p.m., the theft of a Garmen GPS device valued at $150 was reported from the 500 block of Bradford Circle.

Monday, 11:58 p.m., the theft of a PlayStation 3 console, three controllers and seven games valued at $500 was reported during a burglary in the 800 block of Preble Street.

Tuesday, 11:15 a.m., the theft of a Craftsman tool box and tools valued at $300 was reported from the 2100 block of North Locke Street.

Tuesday, 2:38 p.m., the theft of three Kohl’s gift cards valued at $150 was reported from the 2800 block of South Dixon Road.

Tipton County

Arrests

Friday, 11:34 p.m., Windfall police arrested Latina M. East, 31, Kempton, on a charge of child molest.

Saturday, 3:05 a.m., deputies arrested Jerry D. Hicks, 38, Elwood, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Miami County

Arrests

Monday, 4:52 p.m., police arrested Matthew Comp, 35, Argos, on a violation of parole warrant.

Monday, 9:58 p.m., police arrested Duane E. Rutledge, 45, 700 block of Woodburn Green, Peru, on a charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Tuesday, no time given, deputies arrested Ronald Ray Collins III, 29, Jonesboro, on a charge of operator never licensed.

Tuesday, 11 a.m., state police arrested Easu Tores-Robles, 30, Indianapolis, on a charge of habitual traffic violator.

Tuesday, 3:18 p.m., deputies arrested Joshua Banks, 27, 600 block of West Foster Street, Kokomo, on a charge of operating while intoxicated refusal.

Tuesday, 5:20 p.m., deputies arrested Lisa M. Hagedorn, 22, 2800 block of Hilltop Drive, Peru, on charges of possession of marijuana and neglect of a dependent.

Wednesday, 11:17 p.m., police arrested Stephany A. Ferren, 26, 80 block of West Franklin Street, Peru, on charges of operating while intoxicated and neglect of a dependent.

Thursday, 5:28 a.m., deputies arrested Bryan C. Moore, 26, 2800 block of South Hilltop Drive, Peru, on charges of domestic battery, strangulation and interfering with reporting a crime.
