Arrests

Tuesday, 8:11 p.m., police arrested Ricardo Espinoza, 34, 800 block of East Mulberry Street, at Morgan and Ohio streets, on a warrant for failure to appear and a body attachment.

Tuesday, 11 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of runaway.

Wednesday, 1 a.m., police arrested Noah G. Smith, 23, 1300 block of Imperial Drive, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 1:50 a.m., state police arrested Noe Cano-Merida, 27, Mexico, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 3:05 a.m., deputies arrested Shian Lawson, 19, 500 block of East Gano Street, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for two counts of failure to appear.

Wednesday, 3:20 a.m., state police arrested Terrance R. Spotauski, 45, Belleville, Ill., on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.

Wednesday, 9:55 a.m., deputies arrested James J. Daniels, 51, 2200 block of East Vaile Avenue, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 11:17 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, 12:10 p.m., deputies arrested Lucas Goaziou, 32, Indianapolis, at the Hancock County jail, on a warrant for theft.

Wednesday, 1:05 p.m., police arrested two 14-year-old females at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, each on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, 4 p.m., deputies arrested Steven Davenport, 44, 1400 block of South Buckeye Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 4:16 p.m., police arrested Christopher Fields, 2400 block of North Purdum Street, at Locke and Morgan streets, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 4:38 p.m., police arrested Emory Smiley III, 21, 1000 block of East Havens Street, at that residence, on charges of possession of marijuana more than 30 grams and dealing in marijuana more than 30 grams.

Wednesday, 4:46 p.m., police arrested Donald W. Long Sr., 55, 2500 block of North Bell Street, at Fisher and Purdum streets, on a charge of never obtaining a driver’s license.

Wednesday, 6:43 p.m., police arrested Robert J. Mills, 30, 900 block of South Market Street, at Markland Avenue and Market Street, on charges of domestic violence battery and interfering with the reporting of a crime.

Wednesday, 7:43 p.m., police arrested Sean K. Thrasher, 39, Bunker Hill, in the 1600 block of Judson Road, on warrants for petition to revoke and failure to appear.

Wednesday, 8:15 p.m., deputies arrested Heather Hunter, 27, Fort Wayne, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 9 p.m., deputies arrested Jimmy T. Mallory, 35, 300 block of West Mulberry Street, at the Howard County jail, on a parole violation.

Wednesday, 9:01 p.m., police arrested Ronald L. Stipes, 50, 4900 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, at Virginia Avenue and Cooper Street, on a charge of driving while suspended and a Tipton warrant for driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 9:32 p.m., police arrested Mary E. Majors, 28, 700 block of West State Street, in the 700 block of North Dixon Road, on charges of theft and possession of a legend drug.

Wednesday, 11:49 p.m., police arrested Andrew Hylton, 26, Indianapolis, in the 1400 block of North Washington Street, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 11:58 p.m., deputies arrested David D. Ditmore, 33, 100 block of South Forest Drive, on charges of invasion of privacy and public intoxication.

Thursday, 2:46 p.m., deputies arrested Daniel G. Blackburn, 48, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at Morgan Street and Davis Road, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving while suspended.

Thursday, 3:46 p.m., police arrested Maurice D. Gatlin, 34, 1600 block of Cadillac Drive West, at that residence, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 4:47 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 1700 block of North Buckeye Street on charges of attempted robbery and battery.

Thursday, 5:25 p.m., police arrested Robert E. Morris, 52, 2400 block of Baxter Road, at that residence, on 11 warrants for failure to appear for fees hearings.

Thursday, 6:05 p.m., deputies arrested Julianne M. Grimes, 22, 5900 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at the Howard County jail, on a bench warrant.

Thursday, 6:40 p.m., police arrested Mikell Sullivan, 38, 1000 block of East Richmond Street, at North and Ann streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thursday, 10:30 p.m., police arrested Donald D. Rubow, 48, 900 block of East Laguna Street, at Delphos Street and Virginia Avenue, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Friday, 2:32 a.m., police arrested Todd R. Williams, 28, 2900 block of Apperson Way North, at the Kokomo Police Department, on a charge of domestic violence battery. Police also arrested Deliza Rawlings, 18, 1900 block of South Park Road, at her residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Friday, 4:04 a.m., police arrested Tammy L. Wilson, 27, 300 block of East North Street, at that residence, on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Friday, 4:10 a.m., state police arrested Logan M. Bowers, 23, Tipton, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 4:20 a.m., state police arrested Joel D. Edwards, 28, Kokomo, on a charge of public intoxication.

Theft

Wednesday, 9:24 a.m., the theft of a Titleist golf bag and clubs and a Taylor Made golf bag and clubs valued at $4,000 was reported from the 2800 block of Greentree Lane.

Wednesday, 1:55 p.m., police arrested Steven Allan Dunkin, 56, 2100 block of South U.S. 31, Tipton, on a parole violation charge.

Wednesday, 9:37 p.m., police arrested Joseph Lee Grove, 30, 2700 block of North Washington Street, Kokomo, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thursday, 5:20 a.m., police arrested Brian Keith Easter Jr., 20, 6600 block of Fairway Avenue, Indianapolis, on a charge of failure to appear.

Friday, 6:08 a.m., state police arrested Kevin P. Burris, 51, Indianapolis, on an operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 6:45 p.m., Bunker Hill police arrested Jason Z. Iliff, 36, 100 block of West John Street, Bunker Hill, on a charge of domestic battery in the presence of a juvenile.

Tuesday, 7:45 p.m., state police arrested Randy Grigsby, 33, 2500 South block of 500 West, Peru, on charges of invasion of privacy.

Tuesday, 8:35 p.m., deputies arrested Gene Fouts, 63, 6000 block of North Eel River Road, Peru, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 1 p.m., police arrested Kevin Carter, 33, Indianapolis, on a warrant charge of failure to appear on court.

Wednesday, 3:35 p.m., police arrested Amos J. Nice, 28, 2900 West block of 300 South, Peru, on a warrant charge of violation of probation.

Wednesday, 5:10 p.m., police arrested Michael E. Klock, 34, 100 block of West Franklin Street, Peru, on a charge of driving without ever obtaining a license.

Police also arrested Rick S. Hancher, 49, 600 block of Marsha Court; Amanda G. Jones, 31, 7000 east block of 50 North; and T.E. Oday, 33, 700 block of North Webster Street. They each face charges of possession of meth and visiting a common nuisance.
