Arrests

Monday, 8:50 a.m., deputies arrested Joel Grainger, 28, 200 block of North Berkley Road, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for forgery and fraud.

Monday, 9:15 a.m., deputies arrested Kenneth Carpenter Jr., 30, Tipton, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 10:30 a.m., deputies arrested Anthony T. Smoot, 23, 1900 block of Saratoga Avenue, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 10:40 a.m., deputies arrested Curtis Turnyfill, 45, Carmel, at the Hamilton County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, noon, deputies arrested Kacey D. Morgan, 24, 1400 block of Styer Avenue, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for failure to appear and petition to revoke.

Monday, 2:20 p.m., deputies arrested Teresa Thompson, 41, Peru, at the Miami County jail, on a warrant for noncompliance.

Monday, 4:36 p.m., police arrested Jennifer D. Gage, 40, 1400 block of East Monroe Street, at Jefferson and Bell streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Monday, 5:08 p.m., police arrested Billy Rababaugh, 57, homeless, in the 300 block of West Mulberry Street, on a charge of trespass.

Monday, 5:51 p.m., police arrested Dale W. Tabor, 59, 1200 block of North Morrison Street, at Jefferson and Webster streets, on a charge of public intoxication.

Monday, 6:41 p.m., police arrested Richard E. Lowery, 55, 300 block of West Walnut Street, at that residence, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. Police also arrested Kevin L. Yard, 40, 600 block of North Courtland Avenue, on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Monday, 8:05 p.m., deputies arrested Jeffrey O. Hines, 35, 2500 block of Brookshire Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for theft.

Monday, 9:36 p.m., police arrested Charles Southwick, 21, 1000 block of South Bell Street, at U.S. 31 north of Ind. 26, on warrants for failure to appear and petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 1:39 a.m., police arrested Riley J. Craig, 24, 900 block of South Washington Street, at that residence, on warrants for failure to appear and petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 10:21 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male at Kokomo High School, on a charge of truancy.

Tuesday, 2:34 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female and a 15-year-old female at Armstrong and Barkdol streets, each on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, 4:27 p.m., police arrested Joe W. England Jr., 36, 4508 E. 200 South, in the 1000 block of Apperson Way South, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Tuesday, 9:14 p.m., police arrested Lee A. Spaulding, 60, 1900 block of West Havens Street, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on warrants for failure to appear and petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 11 p.m., deputies arrested Cole David Robert Lane, 20, Lafayette, at 50 East and 400 South, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Tuesday, 11:08 p.m., police arrested Michael D. Williams, 42, 1300 block of Peace Pipe Drive, at Council Ring Boulevard and Peace Pipe Drive, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 1:09 a.m., police arrested Kendra A. Shanks, 23, 700 block of East Sycamore Street, in the 800 block of South Buckeye Street, on a charge of driving while suspended.
