Arrests

Monday, 8:40 a.m., deputies arrested Steven D. Jackson, 35, 4900 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 11:17 a.m., police arrested Brandy D. Johnson, 26, 800 block of West Broadway Street, at that residence, on charges of domestic battery, criminal confinement and criminal recklessness.

Tuesday, 1:30 p.m., deputies arrested Nathan Crafts, 27, 500 block of North Main Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for six counts of receiving stolen property.

Tuesday, 1:45 p.m., deputies arrested Joshua T. Novinger, 27, Sharpsville, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Tuesday, 3:21 p.m., deputies arrested Julie Ann Allen, 36, Paducah, Ky., at the Howard County jail, on two warrants for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 3:40 p.m., deputies arrested Heather N. Carr, 28, 900 block of North Main Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for indirect contempt of court.

Tuesday, 3:42 p.m., police arrested Nicholas N. Hollis, 33, 1600 block of Elmwood Lane, at Rockford Lane and Lincoln Road, on a charge of driving while suspended.
