Howard County

Arrests


Tuesday, 5:15 p.m., deputies arrested Michael A. Horn, 24, 300 block of East Mulberry Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for theft.

Tuesday, 8:55 p.m., deputies arrested Owens R. Rogers, 36, 3800 block of Meadow Lane, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for domestic violence battery.

Tuesday, 9:28 p.m., police arrested Christopher S. Callis, 38, 600 block of North Phillips Street, at Phillips and Jefferson streets, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 9:33 p.m., deputies arrested Justin Howe, 32, 1600 block of West North Street, at that residence, on warrants for interference with the reporting of a crime, failure to appear and public intoxication.

Tuesday, 10:46 p.m., deputies arrested Sylvia Lacey, 46, 2600 block of West Jefferson Street, at that residence, on a battery warrant.

Tuesday, 11:10 p.m., police arrested Reginald Anderson, 46, Ingelwood, Tenn., at Markland Avenue and U.S. 31, on a charge of public intoxication.

Tuesday, 11:30 p.m., deputies arrested Treva Thompson, 21, 1000 block of South Buckeye Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 11 a.m., police arrested a 12-year-old male in the 900 block of North Korby Street on a charge of theft.

Wednesday, 2:43 p.m., police arrested Jason A. Deweese, 26, Russiaville, at Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft and a warrant for theft.

Wednesday, 5:50 p.m., police arrested Jason Jones, 29, and Lynnzzy McCain, 25, both of the 900 block of South Buckeye Street, at that residence, each on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Wednesday, 8:30 p.m., police arrested Kyle Biegler, 24, 400 block of West Taylor Street, at Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft and a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 1:52 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 2100 block of North Buckeye Street, on a charge of burglary and a 14-year-old male at Kokomo Police Department on a charge of burglary.

Theft

Tuesday, 8:10 p.m., the theft of a Gateway laptop computer, an X-Box game system and game and assorted jewelry was reported from the 2900 block of Apperson Way North.

Wednesday, 10:48 a.m., the theft of $600 in copper tubing was reported from the 400 block of Arnold Court.

Tuesday, 3:40 p.m., deputies arrested Thomas Skroko, 36, Harvard, Ill., on a warrant charge of probation violation.

Tuesday, 6:15 p.m., deputies arrested Bradley J. Cannon, 22, 300 block of Columbia Avenue, Peru, to serve 30 days in jail.

Tuesday, 9:58 p.m., deputies arrested Derek S. Baker, 21, 500 block of East Third Street, Peru, on charges of public intoxication and possession of marijuana less than 30 grams.

Tuesday, 11:45 p.m., police arrested Robert Zimmerman, 32, 100 block of East Canal Street, Peru, on a warrant.

Wednesday, 12:02 a.m., police arrested Alan Buck, 19, 400 block of West Sixth Street, Peru, on a warrant.

Wednesday, 5:54 a.m., deputies arrested Guadalupe McGuire, 31, 1200 block of East Taylor Street, Kokomo, on a charge of public intoxication.

    Arrests

    Tuesday, 5:04 p.m., police arrested James R. Cox, 63, 900 block of South Market Street, at that residence, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Police also arrested Rick S. Hancher, 49, 600 block of Marsha Court; Amanda G. Jones, 31, 7000 east block of 50 North; and T.E. Oday, 33, 700 block of North Webster Street. They each face charges of possession of meth and visiting a common nuisance.
