— Howard County

Arrests

Wednesday, 2:05 p.m., deputies arrested Cole N. Landis, 19, 400 block of North Indiana Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for criminal mischief.

Thursday, 9:11 a.m., deputies arrested Roy L. Dowling, 67, 400 block of South Calumet Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 10:05 a.m., deputies arrested Tekeisha A. Bousum, 30, 3100 south block of 150 East, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 11:25 a.m., deputies arrested Jessica Dunlap, 26, 5900 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 2:05 p.m., deputies arrested Randall Youngren, 30, 400 block of Goode Avenue, at the Marion County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 4:50 p.m., deputies arrested Mark Allion, 62, 900 block of North parkway Court, at he Howard County jail, on 14 counts of conspiracy to deal a controlled substance.

Thursday, 7:20 p.m., state police arrested Michelle R. Carver, 35, Kokomo, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Thursday, 7:35 p.m., deputies arrested Rita Underwood, 50, Marion, in the 3500 north block of 00 East-West, on a charge of public intoxication.

Thursday, 9:02 p.m., deputies arrested Donald J. Mann, 46, 2700 block of North Washington Street, on charges of battery and public intoxication.

Thursday, 10:03 p.m., police arrested Jessica Thompson, 32, 2000 block of St. Louis Drive, at Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft.

Theft

Wednesday, 3:03 p.m., the theft of a 1998 gray Lowe boat and boat trailer valued at $5,000 was reported from the 1000 block of East Dixon Street.

Thursday, 10:09 a.m., the theft of an electric chain saw, a tool bag and tools, and fishing equipment valued at $250 was reported from the 1700 block of North Leeds Street.

Thursday, 7:27 p.m., the theft of two hand safes containing antique coins valued at $400 was reported from the 700 block of South McCann Street.

Thursday, 7:45 p.m., the theft of a laptop computer and three X-Box games valued at $580 was reported from the 700 block of South McCann Street.

Miami County

Tuesday, 3:25 p.m., police arrested Rubean Taylor, 19, 600 block of East Mulberry Street, Kokomo, on a warrant charge of violation of probation.

Tuesday, 5:30 p.m., Converse police arrested Jerry L. Nelson, 34, Summitville, on a charge of criminal trespass.

Tuesday, 10:05 p.m., police arrested Benjamin M. Turben, 18, 100 block of East 8th Street, Peru, on charges of public intoxication and minor consumption of alcohol.

Wednesday, 1:15 a.m., police arrested Michael G. Hauser, 52, 1100 East block of Ind. 124, Peru, on a felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 2:55 a.m., deputies arrested Staci R. Bradley, 33, 10 block of East Spring Street, Peru, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

    Arrests

    Tuesday, 5:04 p.m., police arrested James R. Cox, 63, 900 block of South Market Street, at that residence, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Police also arrested Rick S. Hancher, 49, 600 block of Marsha Court; Amanda G. Jones, 31, 7000 east block of 50 North; and T.E. Oday, 33, 700 block of North Webster Street. They each face charges of possession of meth and visiting a common nuisance.
