Arrests

Sunday, 6 p.m., deputies arrested Russell L. Fouch, 46, 1400 block of West Broadway, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Sunday, 9:34 p.m., deputies arrested John D. Horre, 46, 100 block of South 200 East, at home, on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Sunday, 11:39 p.m., police arrested Isaiah Boston, 19, 1000 block of North Bell Street, at Morrison and North streets, on a marijuana possession charge.

Sunday, 12:15 p.m., deputies arrested Kyle J. Tremain, 28, Indianapolis, at the Marion County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Sunday, 2:25 p.m., deputies arrested Dennis N. Roseberry, 51, 800 block of Apperson Way South, at the Howard County jail, on a felony warrant charge of neglect of a dependent.

Sunday, 6:45 p.m., deputies arrested Lee A. Spalding, 59, 1000 block of West Monroe Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Sunday, 7:48 p.m., police arrested Gregory L. Darden, 54, 1300 block of East Alto Road, at Jackson and Leeds streets, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 2:50 a.m., police arrested Demarcus A. Green, 38, 600 block of West Jackson Street, at Washington Street and Lincoln Road, on two warrant charges of failure to appear.

Monday, 9:47 a.m., deputies arrested Russell L. Fouch, 46, 1400 block of West Broadway, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 2:31 p.m., police arrested George A. Kidwell, 55, no address given, at Washington Street and Markland Avenue, on a public intoxication charge.

Monday, 2:53 p.m., police arrested Raymond L. Sebree, 48, 2500 block of Lauren Lane, at Apperson Way and Superior Street, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Monday, 4:22 p.m., police arrested Richard Greene, 26, 1600 block of Elmwood Lane, at home, on a petition to revoke.

Monday, 6:29 p.m., police arrested Jason A. McClish, 33, Peru, in the 2200 block of North Delphos Street, on a misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement, and on a felony charge of resisting law enforcement.

Tuesday, 12:40 a.m., police arrested Wayne T. Shutt, 39, 3000 block of East 50 North, Greentown, at Main and Superior streets, on a marijuana possession charge.

Tuesday, 12:40 a.m., police arrested Jacob A. Everhart, 36, Anderson, at Main and Superior streets, on a marijuana possession charge.

Tuesday, 1:48 a.m., police arrested Domasannekus Nix, 22, 200 block of South Calumet, at Elizabeth and Maple streets, on a petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 1:56 a.m., deputies arrested Austin L. Tooley, 24, 1500 block of North Philips Street, at home, on a petition to revoke.

Tuesday, 3:33 a.m., police arrested Jason A. Smith, 32, 1200 block of North Philips Street, in the 1000 block of South Webster Street, on felony charges of resisting law enforcement and battery on a police officer.

Tuesday, 10:10 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female at McKinley Alternative School, 1217 W. Carter St., on a charge of battery.

Tuesday, 3:50 p.m., deputies arrested Arlious R. Owens, 36, 400 block of South Union Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for parole violation.

Tuesday, 3:50 p.m., deputies arrested Jesse R. Luckey, 25, 2100 block of North Diamond Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 3:55 p.m., police arrested Eddie D. Polk, 24, 2800 block of Amberwood Circle, at Markland Avenue and Washington Street, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 4:40 p.m., deputies arrested Anna M. Riggs, 27, 2500 block of North Buckeye Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for theft.

Tuesday, 5:22 p.m., police arrested Nicholas A. Parks, 32, 600 block of South Market Street, in the 700 block of South Market Street, on charges of possession of meth, resisting law enforcement and a failure to appear warrant, and a petition to revoke warrant and a Hendricks County warrant for theft.

Tuesday, 6:38 p.m., police arrested a 10-year-old female in the 200 block of Magnolia Drive, on a charge of incorrigibility.

Tuesday, 8:59 p.m., police arrested two 15-year-old females at Kohl’s, 2156 E. Boulevard, each on a charge of conversion.

Tuesday, 9 p.m., police arrested David A. Meyers, 57, Prescott, Mich., at Holiday Inn Express, 511 Albany Drive, on a charge of public intoxication.

Tuesday, 10:29 p.m., police arrested Shawn E. Richardson, 41, 1000 block of South Webster Street, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on charges of trespass and domestic violence battery, and a warrant for theft.

Wednesday, 1:30 a.m., police arrested Tyson R. Nix, 30, 1100 block of South Jay Street, at Washington and Superior streets, on charges of possession of cocaine, dealing in cocaine and possession of marijuana.
