Tuesday, 4 a.m., police arrested Sherry L. Cunningham, 44, 200 block of North Water Street, Peru, on a charge of battery with a deadly weapon causing serious bodily injury.
Tuesday, 6:30 a.m., police arrested Joe D. Cunningham, 39, 200 block of North Water Street, Peru, on charges of domestic battery, resisting law enforcement and interfering with reporting a crime.
Tuesday, 10:55 p.m., state police arrested Heather N. Hunt, 30, 1400 block of Bell Street, Kokomo, on a charge of possession of marijuana.
