Howard County arrests

Friday, 8:17 a.m., deputies arrested Ryan H. Klise, 30, 1200 block of West Ind. 18, in the 5500 block of North 00 East/West, for non-compliance with in-home detention.

Friday, 9:30 a.m., deputies arrested Rodney W. Walters, 40, 2300 block of North Waugh Street, at the Howard County jail, on three petitions to revoke a suspended sentence.

Friday, 9:58 p.m., deputies arrested Heath B. Gentry, 32, 1500 block of South 800 West, Russiaville, in the 1800 block of East Boulevard, on a body attachment warrant.

Saturday, 12:57 a.m., deputies arrested Paula P. Maclin, 23, Elkhart, at Lincoln Road and U.S. 31, for driving while suspended.

Saturday, 3:41 a.m., deputies arrested Jason T. Rink, 22, 1900 block of Sherwood Drive, at Lincoln Road and Home Avenue, for driving while suspended.

Saturday, 3:45 a.m., state police arrested Christina McGrath, 31, Indianapolis, at U.S. 31 and Hoffer Street, on a felony charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 10:05 p.m., deputies arrested Brian K. Duvall, 48, 1500 block of West Markland Avenue, at Howard Regional Health System, for operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 3:15 a.m., state police arrested Samual A. Trent, 25, 1400 block of South Courtland Avenue, at Defenbaugh and Webster streets, for operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 4:14 p.m., deputies arrested Cameron E. Pierce, 28, Peru, at U.S. 31 and Tomahawk Drive, for operating while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Sunday, 7:26 p.m., deputies arrested Billy J. Bozeman, 32, 3600 block of East 50 North, at home, on a felony battery charge.

Sunday, 9:13 p.m., deputies arrested Megan D. Arnett, 35, Peru, at U.S. 31 and Ind. 18, on a body attachment warrant.

Sunday, 9:23 p.m., deputies arrested Aaron D. Wyant, 23, 700 block of East Main Street, Greentown, in the 1400 block of South 800 East, Greentown, for operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 11:30 p.m., deputies arrested Demetri R. Cosley, 27, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for a felony trafficking with an inmate charge.

Monday, 2:03 a.m., deputies arrested Joyce E. Toney, 53, 1400 block of North Phillips Street, in the 5500 block of North U.S. 31, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 9:18 a.m., deputies arrested Christopher M. Pederson, 21, West Palm Beach, Fla., at the Palm Beach County Jail in West Palm Beach, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 5:15 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male, in the 1200 block of South Reed Road, on a felony theft charge.

Monday, 6:48 p.m., police arrested Charles R. Dockerty, 22, 2300 block of North Webster Street, at Union Street and Vaile Avenue, for resisting law enforcement and three warrants for failure to appear.
